For those of you joining us for the first time, check-in and set-up at the Spring Festival on Ponce show relatively simple. but, you are required to dolly (wagon) all of your materials to your space as we set-up on the lawn space within the park.
Park is close by – and DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE FLOWER BEDS (or mulch).
CHECK IN: WHEN
Check for SPONSORS begins on Friday, at 12:00 noon and closes at 8:00 p.m.
(OR) you may load in on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am – till 9:00 AM.
You will need to dolly or hand truck your items in.
You will be able to park close to your location however, you will still have to park on the street. DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE FLOWER BEDS (or mulch).
MOST IMPORTANT:
YOU MUST HAVE A PROPERLY WEIGHTED TENT (all Tents MUST BE WHITE TOP TENTS).There is also NO STAKING – TYING TO TREES or LAMPPOST in the park. If you do not have a minimum of 40 lbs. per leg – you will not be permitted to set-up.

This is a ONE WAY street. Proceed 700 ft. to the Check-in booth.
LOOK FOR THE RV marked Check-IN.
It will be clearly located on the left-hand side.
*DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR UNATTENDED DURING CHECK IN.

PARKING
Saturday and Sunday. FREE parking is available on surrounding streets.
Please plan to park on Fairview Road – which is on the next block.
PARKING: No dedicated free artist parking is available for this event.
FREE parking is available in the residential neighborhood.
NO artist parking on S. Ponce de Leon. (No parking alongside the park)
This is for customers ONLY. **All Sponsors will be given a parking pass, that must be displayed in your window at all times. Cars without the pass on display will be subject to towing.
Trailer parking, if you have a trailer there are only a couple of options:
1) Park on the street (quite night time neighborhood)
2) Take it home and return with it on Sunday.
